Designed to awaken the senses and calm the nervous system, each session explores a single essential oil - its scent, healing qualities, and energetic resonance - woven through a blend of somatic and energetic practices such as gentle Yoga, Qigong, Acupressure and Meditation.

The practice is guided by the energy of the chosen oil - for example, Lavender for ease and relaxation, Rose for heart opening, Frankincense for clarity and grounding.
Through mindful movement, breath, and rest, you’ll experience how each oil can support your emotional and energetic balance.

This class is for you if you’re drawn to:
– slowing down and reconnecting with your body
– exploring the healing qualities of essential oils
– supporting emotional balance through movement and energy work
– finding stillness and sensory nourishment

You’ll leave feeling grounded, softened, and restored - with a renewed sense connection to yourself.

What to Expect

Each session includes:

• A guided introduction to the chosen essential oil or plant
• Emotional + energetic themes connected to the plant
• Gentle breath or Yin-inspired stillness practices
• Sensory awareness and guided relaxation
• A moment for reflection, journalling, or inner listening
• Optional sharing for those who feel called

You don’t need any prior experience in yoga or aromatherapy - just an openness to slow down and connect.

Format: Live online group session (in-person gatherings coming soon)
Duration: 90 minutes
What you'll need: A quiet space, journal, and the featured essential oil if you have it (not essential to participate)
