Rest & Restore is a slow, grounding practice that weaves together the deep stillness of Yin Yoga with the nurturing support of Restorative shapes.
You’ll move through a series of long-held, gentle postures that soften into the fascia, unwind tension, and support the energetic pathways of the body - all held with props, breath, and spacious quiet pauses that allow your nervous system to settle deeply.
From the comfort of your own home, I’ll guide you through simple breath practices and occasional gentle movement and acupressure points to support release, encourage energetic flow, and help your body drop into an even deeper state of rest.
This class is designed to feel calming, supportive, and quietly transformative - a place where the body can release, the mind can slow, and you can return to a steadier, clearer version of yourself.
